In the picture, is Max restaurant Chopsuey. As you can see, it looks a lot different from the homemade Chopsuey.
After looking at this picture, I remember those time I eat there in Max with my mother, sister and friends during our gala gala in Sm Mall of Asia. This picture also make me crave for Chopsuey right now. I might be cooking on for myself depending on the availability of all the ingredients… hope I have it all in the fridge…

Every one knows that sweet potatoes are good for you for the antioxidants that help your immune system. But if you combine a serving of pecans with the sweet potato the monounsaturated in the pecans help your body absorb the beta carotene. Other foods you can combine for a power boost are: tomatoes and olive oil; papaya and walnuts.

I have been here in the United States for three years now and it was just during my pregnancy when I start liking the Mexican food. I remember during my first few days here when hubby tried to bring me to Mexican restaurant and all I ate was chicken tenders lol! He has been thinking of me loving Mexican food as he said it is almost identical to Filipino food. Oh boy he was shocked when I didn’t like any of them especially the chilli…
