Shrimp w/ Green Beans

Posted by Mamalot On April - 24 - 2010ADD COMMENTS

Shrimp is one of my favorite seafoods. I am just lucky that my husband also eat shrimp as I can cook it anytime with out cooking a separate dish for him. And now that Abigail can eat solid food, I would like to let her try shrimp too so she would get use to eat shrimp. As of now, my daughter eats anything I gave her so hopefully she won’t change as she gets older.

Anyway, this dish is very simple to make. You just have to sautee the shrimp in the skillet with garlic and onions and put green beans. Seasoned it with salt and pepper or other kind of seasonings that you like.

This is just a typical Filipino breakfast, a plate with rice, dried fish and fried fish. I can’t asked for a better breakfast than this one. How lucky I am to have a husband that never stop me from cooking dried fish. And not only that he eat most Filipino food too aside from dried fish and bagoong hehehe.

This is such a very nice looking arrangement. I like the way they cut the fresh veggies and put the dressing on the center. This is the best way to do if you have guest in your house as they can just make their own salad plate that way, they can just get the veggies they want to eat.

A yummy dinner we had…Hubby and I really enjoyed this very simple dinner. A bake chicken with carrots, bell pepper and beans. It really turns out good. My daughter Abigail also love the her rice with the sauce and carrots. I don’t give her any meat yet thinking it might be still hard for her tummy.

I grew up eating tuna and frying it is best way for me. I can eat tuna that cooked from different cooking procedures but fried tuna is simply my favorite. That’s why I can’t stop myself from getting tuna every time I see it in any grocery store.
