My daughter and I woke up early so I made great breakfast for us. It is not really a normal breakfast food but we both ate good. I made brown rice and this munggo bean with left-over pork adobo. First thing I did with the munggo beans was boiling it until it was tender. Then strained it to remove the water and then set aside. I then heated oil in the pan and sauteed garlic and onions and added the munggo beans and coconut milk and let it simmer for few minutes. After it simmers, I added seasoned salt and crushed red pepper to add some kick. Yum yum!

This past year I started working from home once I was given the opportunity at work. I jumped at it because I knew that I would be able to be a better parent as a result.
