Here comes the cold days again! Gosh I’m glad I live here in Texas, which is not like other state where it snows a lot and get icy road all the time. I can’t imagine living in a place where you need to shovel your driver most of the time during winter.

Some cities in some state right now are experiencing some black out due to power shortage or other electrical problems that’s due to heavy snowing. Imagine it’s not even winter yet that’s some aren’t fully prepared for this weather yet.

I guess it’s about time for them to start doing the things they need to be done and buy all the stuff they need for this season such as truck tire chains can help them drive on a very icy road, coats and rain-boots, stocking foods, woods, candles, matches and other things that can help them in case power went off or when the road gets so dangerous to drive on.

Despite of being so tired from standing 7 hours at work, i still have a great day because I was able to spend time with my family. I love to do something special for my daughter. I so love seeing her having fun and have cute stuff. We went to the trick or treat in the Church and she got different kinds of candies and chocolates. It was nice to see the church people decorated the trunk of their cars and giveaway candies and chocolates. I just wish my daughter had good nap before we went there so she would be able to enjoy it more.

It was so hard to get her picture as she wants to be held when we first got there and she was being so shy to even get candies. But it was still a great halloween experience for her. We took couple of pictures as a remembrance as it was indeed a great moment to cherish and worth keeping forever. Something that I want to show her when she gets a little older.

Dental work is really expensive either with or with out dental insurance. I have some dental work that need to be done but I keep holding it off as I was thinking of getting it done in the Philippines next time I come visit my family.

I wonder if USA would ever get a universal healhcare. Or would dental clinic would charge cheaper when they get to buy discount dental equipment. I really don’t get it why it cost so much to even just get a bridge. For one teeth, I need to pay 2,000 dollars to get it done. Holly molly!

You won’t realized how crowded some other place until you experience it. You’ll thought markets are the busiest place but I think international airport like the DFW is much busier. A lot of people come and go. If you work at the airport, the only regular customer you have at most fast-food and restaurants are the the people who also work inside the airport establishments. I sure miss my grandparents a lot especially on those days where I feel down or when I see other older people around or when I see occasional stuff for grandparents. I wish I can come visit them but they are miles away from us so all I can do is pray for my friend’s fast recovery and for the baby to stay healthy. And would continue to look forward of seeing then hopefully next year.

It is really nice to have a sister who live close by you who also love to cook. Losing weight seems impossible but I can’t really complain that much as I love my sister’s cooking. And this apple pie in the picture is just one of her favorite dessert to make.

If it is only possible to maintain a clean and well organized house every single day with a two year old in a two bedroom apartment then I would do it because I am the type of person who wants a clean and well-organized place to live in.
